Voltage Measurement: Connect the test leads in parallel to the circuit being measured. Connect red to the positive/live wire and black to the negative/neutral wire

Current Measurement: Connect the test leads in series to the circuit being measured. Power off before connecting, and power off again after measurement

Resistance Measurement: Power off is required for measurement. For high resistance values, wait for the reading to stabilize.

Capacitance Measurement: Discharge the capacitor before measuring
